Jeggo Identity Parade 4

Six more photographs from Gill Law's collection.  Gill is Julia Jeggo's great-grand-daughter, and these photos all come from a Victorian style album that Gill has always presumed was Julia's.  Can anyone out there identify any of these?

15.  Mary Elizabeth Dacombe (née Rose) and her daughter Marianne Rose Dacombe around 1896. Subjects identified (in 2010) by Georgiana Dacombe. Mary was Julia's cousin.

18.  Unidentified.  Georgiana Dacombe has (2010) recognised the photograph but not identified the subject.

19.  Unidentified There is a rubber-stamped photographers name on the back: 'Chas. De Vipond, 4 West Street, Congleton'. (Searching the University of Leicester's http://www.historicaldirectories.org/ for 'Vipond' draws a blank for Kelly's Directory of Cheshire for 1896 and 1914.)
