Can anyone out there on the web identify any of these? From where
they were found, they are likely all to be Shropshire Jeggoes, or closely
related to them.
|4. Could this be Osgood
with one of Ted & Julia Law's
John Llewelyn, a descendant of Dan Jeggo, is convinced it is Osgood
because the card is addressed to "My Dear Sister", Miss Leah Jeggo, and
apparently signed "Em and Od". Osgood married Emma Smith. That
is pretty convincing; the only evidence which could better it would
be a photograph bearing contemporary writing positively identifying him.
Gill Law, a descendant of Ted & Julia Law, says that if it is one
of their children it would have to be Dot because of her wavy hair.
